General Catering Information

• There is a $370 truck rental fee, in addition to the party packages
• On Saturdays between April and August, there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum (this can include the $370 truck rental fee)
• Service time is 2 hours
  • The truck will arrive approximately 1 hour prior for setup and stay approximately 30 minutes after for tear down
• There is an additional service charge for events over 15 minutes out of Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, & Menomonie area
• There is a $370 non-refundable due to hold the date
• Cancellations can be made up until (7) days before the scheduled event
